I definitely love this new page. I think it'll work a helluva' lot better. Here's three cheers for the Panther Brewing Company. Hipphipp-Horray! Hipphipp-Horray! Hipphip-Horray!
ReplyDeleteI would like to ask one thing, since I'm a bit confused: you say that there is an access to over 12,000 songs if you click the link below, but I'm not able to find more than handful of files. Am I missing something?
ReplyDeleteI have slightly more than 12,000 recordings in my collection, but I don't post all of them at once— that would be impossible!
ReplyDeleteInstead, I choose ten to twelve main selections every month (hence the name "Pilsner's Picks"), and there are also several specialized folders that don't change very much, except for an occasional addition.
Also, I'm open to special requests if you're looking for a particular tune or artist. For that, e-mail me at:
metoikos@email.com
The only rule on requests is that they have to be from before 1950, and not by any living performers.
I hope that clears things up,
Pils
Hey Pils,
ReplyDeleteFantastic. Now I have this bookmarked this is much more accessible than MySpace. And how spooky, this is the 2nd time today I've seen the song title Who Walks In When I Walk Out - a song I had not heard of before. The other version I heard is by a Seattle band Miss Rose & her Rhythm Percolators who are on the aforementioned MySpace
Cheers

ReplyDeleteI never expected any love letters, but I'll take 'em. And it's not even Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful. I shall return, whether Harry fires me or not.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on the wallpaper, since I designed the page myself and I'm no expert at HTML. It just happened to turn out well after some experimentation.

ReplyDeleteVERY nice graphics! Wow!
ReplyDeleteThanks... and I don't even do graphic design for a living! The page is a combination of HTML and Photoshopped elements, thrown together basically by trial and error until it finally looked right.
